Diet And Fitness Plan

Best things in life are free, as the following Fitness and Nutrition Plan outlined first for myself to lose the body fat I was unable to shed for so long. And I know that losing weight is a struggle for most of us, being human and busy with work and family, and chores more pressing than allowing time for the gym or for the funds investing in special foods.

To make things worse, there are many different exercise programs, FAD diets, and weight loss products on the market today that it seems mind boggling just deciding on what actually works or what is a gimmick.

What Is A Fitness Nutrition Plan?

A Fitness and Nutrition plan consists of both, healthy eating and exercise, and is the plan for developing good habits by pushing the bad aside. Yet, losing weight and getting in shape is a journey, not a sprint. Speaking first hand as someone who has gone from 260 pounds to 190 pounds, it may seem impossible to take off the weight. But once you get a smart, effective, and enjoyable nutrition and fitness plan in place, you will see how much progress you can make.

  1. A clean diet: consists of whole foods rather than processed foods you can purchase in boxes, cans or out of the freezer. Whole, home prepared foods will allow you to fuel your body with the nutrients it needs to drop the weight, improve your energy, and improve your overall health. Choose organic foods, such as milk, meat, poultry, fruit and vegetables, when available.
  2. A consistent fitness workout plan: allows you to build muscle mass, boost your metabolism, and improve your physique and health.

That?s without fancy powders, diet pills, or equipment.

Step 1: Nutrition Plan

Eating healthy can be difficult with busy work schedules, managing kids, and enjoying the food you eat.

Yet making small diet changes, can lead to big weight loss.

So what should you be eating? Well you have two options, if you have the time and would like to count calories you could use a simple calorie calculator.

Once you have entered your information and get your calories burned each day, subtract 300-500 and that is what you should be eating each day. Using this approach you should be guaranteed to lose 1 pounds every 7-12 days. This is a great rate of weight loss and you will not be burning off any muscle mass.

The second approach requires you to make healthy choices, it is less mathematical but is easy to incorporate into your life. Here are some simple rules to follow.
