before and after weight loss

look at me now!

The best things in life are free! So is the following Fitness and Nutrition Plan, created initially for myself in hope to lose the body fat I was unable to shed for so long. An experience that makes me aware about the nature of losing weight, the struggle that goes along towards the goal of a slimmer self, in being human and busy with work and family, and chores more pressing than allowing time for the gym or the funds investing in special foods. To make things worse, marketers scramble for our attention, offering the greatest ever fitness programs, FAD diets, and weight loss products up to the point that it gets mind boggling, difficult to compute all of the information about a product as to distinguish between a product?s verifiable science or gimmick.

What Is A Fitness Nutrition Plan?

This is a simple plan for fitness and nutrition, meant to inspire and encourage you to take an honest look, right now, at your eating habits and the level of your physical activity each day. Then read through the ideas of healthy eating and make your choices accordingly as you are setting your goals for weight loss, health and strength.

Yet, remember, that losing weight and getting in shape is a journey, not a sprint. Speaking as someone who has gone from 260 pounds to 190 pounds, it may seem impossible to you to take off the weight. But once you get a smart, effective, and enjoyable nutrition and fitness plan in place, you?ll be amazed over the progress you make, easily and naturally.

  1. A clean diet: consists of whole foods rather than processed foods you can purchase in boxes, cans or out of the freezer. Whole, home prepared foods will allow you to fuel your body with the nutrients it needs to drop the weight, improve your energy, and improve your overall health. Choose organic foods, such as milk, meat, poultry, fruit and vegetables, when available.
  2. A consistent fitness workout plan: allows you to build muscle mass, boost your metabolism, and improve your physique and health.

That?s without fancy powders, diet pills, or equipment.

Step 1: Nutrition Plan

Eating healthy can be difficult with busy work schedules, managing kids, and enjoying the food you eat.

Yet making small diet changes, can lead to big weight loss.

So what should you be eating? Well you have two options, if you have the time and would like to count calories you could use a simple calorie calculator.

Note: Once you have entered your information and get your calories burned each day, subtract 300-500 and that is what you should be eating each day. Using this approach you should be guaranteed to lose 1 pounds every 7-12 days. This is a great rate of weight loss and you will not be burning off any muscle mass.

The second approach requires you to make healthy choices, it is less mathematical but is easy to incorporate into your life. Here are some simple rules to follow.
