What did we ever do before we had apps to make our lives more organized and creative? I could write a very long list of some of the coolest business apps I?ve found, but in this post, you?ll ?meet? five that I think you?ll love just as much as I do.
Holy shamoly!?This is my current favorite web app. When you find something online that you want to read later, put it in Pocket. It?automatically syncs to your phone, tablet or computer, so you can read no matter where you are?? even without an internet connection. It?s been called ?DVR for the web.?
Cool factor (Productivity):?Quit ?researching? during business hours
How I use it: Instead of getting sucked into the link sharing wormhole when I?m engaging in business social media, I put all of those informative business-related and FUN articles in Pocket. Then I move right along, and later, during the evenings or weekend, I curl up with my iPad and happily get my learn on.
?
This is another one of my favorite online tools for business. Evernote lets you save your notes, ideas, links and inspirations in one place. Access it from your computer, tablet or smartphone.
Cool factor (Productivity): Keep everything organized in one place. In Evernote, you can attach images, audio, PDFs and other files. Tag each document with keywords for easy retrieval, and arrange notes in labeled ?notebooks.?
How I use it: I?m always learning new business skills/techniques, so I take notes on these tips and tricks in Evernote. I used to keep client project logs there, but have since moved on to a fantabulous database for that. One of my clients says she stores her many online passwords in an Evernote document.

Easily send and sign documents, plus send faxes online with Hello Fax.
Cool factor (Productivity): There?s no need for you or your clients to print, hand sign and scan documents ever again!
How I use it: I send service contracts to my clients using Hello Fax. This makes it so much easier for them and me, because it cuts out a bunch of the steps mentioned above.

PicMonkey?is a free online photo editor. Easily do basic edits, like crop and rotate, and make your photos pop with effects, overlays, fonts, textures, frames and touch up tools.
Cool factor (Creativity): It?s super easy to use, plus the finished products always end up looking ah-mah-zing. No need to buy expensive Photoshop ? unless you?re a pro photographer or you reaaaaly want to.
How I use it: I recently created a new e-guide freebie (details soon). Most of the photos were touched up and fabulo-fied with PicMonkey. Plus, I?m planning a whole series of quote pics (photos with text overlay) for my upcoming Pinterest redux.
?
Say goodbye to your old presentation slides. Prezi is a ?zooming? online presentation tool.
Cool factor (Creativity): Create a fun, zooming visual presentation with text, photos and videos.
How I use it: I?ve played around with Prezi, and plan to record creative, information-based videos to put on YouTube and Vimeo. It?s so much cooler and attention grabbing than traditional presentation slides.
